We welcome new members, both seasoned players and newcomers to the sport, and provide all members the opportunity to play social or competitive bowls (or both).

For prospective members, new to playing bowls, we provide:
• Free coaching and mentoring until you gain confidence in the art of bowling.
• Initially the Club provides bowls for training purposes, you just need to wear comfortable clothes / flat soled shoes that won't damage the green.
The outdoor bowls season runs from mid-April to end of September
We have 3 “roll-up” sessions, where members play bowls with other members in a fun, non-competitive format.
• Thursday evenings, 6.00 – 8.00pm
• Monday, Friday afternoons, 2.00 – 4.00pm
In addition to the Club's internal knockout competitions, we have an internal League which runs from May to September on most Thursday evenings unless there is a friendly Club match in progress.
The Club has a comprehensive schedule of mixed friendly matches against local clubs where the main emphasis is enjoying playing bowls.
The Club also has teams in the Chrystie League and North West Surrey League which are held on Monday and Friday evenings respectively.
Club members may play bowls at any time with other members or for private practice provided that green maintenance is not taking place.
